About the role
As a Center Store Manager at Casey's, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. You’ll train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead center store operational activities with accountability and empowerment.
- Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
- Oversee center store activities under the Store Manager’s supervision, ensuring daily task lists are completed and daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
- Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
- Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and audits to ensure compliance.
- Manage invoices and perform regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
- Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
- Serve on the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
- Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
