Field Service Technician IIIII

Our client runs electrical testing and field service nationwide with a long, stable pipeline in the mission-critical and data center space. Company vehicles, paid travel, and per diem come standard. You’d serve as the project lead technician: perform moderate to advanced inspections, tests, and measurements on de-energized, locked-out equipment, handle switching, safety grounding, and test equipment setup and removal, collect and record clean data, and own the project from kickoff through the final report. You’d supervise and mentor the co-lead and NETA field techs on your jobs and troubleshoot when things don’t check out. Key Qualifications (from flyer): - 5+ years testing; NETA III preferred - Project lead: techs start to final report - Moderate to advanced measurements & data - Test LOTTO equipment; switching & grounding - Supervise & mentor co-lead & field techs - Write detailed test reports; troubleshoot - OSHA 30, NETA, NFPA 70E, PowerDB, Managing Partner (PowerDB a plus) - Up to 50% travel; clean MVR Must haves: five plus years of experience, NETA Level III preferred, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, reliable transportation, and a solid grasp of electrical theory. OSHA 30, MSHA, NFPA 70E, CPR/First Aid, and PowerDB training are all a plus. Strong reporting and communication, the ability to travel up to 50 percent, occasional overtime, and the physical side of field work: lifting 50 pounds, climbing, and tight spaces.
