Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding to promote comfort and hygiene. Monitor vital signs and promptly report any significant changes to nurses or physicians. Maintain accurate records documenting patient care and health status changes. Support patient mobility by assisting with repositioning, transfers, and walking as needed. Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment. Help prepare and serve meals while respecting dietary restrictions and preferences. Participate in team meetings and training to ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved CNA program required. Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Massachusetts. Previous healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer skills; experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Position Details: Contract role, $21 per hour, on-site in South Hadley, MA. This is not a remote position.
