Key Responsibilities Assist customers promptly with claims-related inquiries, providing clear and accurate solutions to enhance client satisfaction. Process , review, and manage claims documentation meticulously to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve claims processing issues efficiently, reducing turnaround times. Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and claim statuses to support transparency and audit readiness. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve complex claims and improve overall service delivery. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding claim submissions, follow-ups, and system navigation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying procedural gaps and recommending best practices for claims processing. What We're Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; additional education is advantageous. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or claims processing roles, preferably within healthcare or insurance sectors.
