We're a rapidly growing CPA firm known for our forward-thinking approach, collaborative team, and client-first culture.Duties and Responsibilities As a Client Accounting Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner to multiple clients, managing day-to-day accounting and providing valuable insight into their financial performance, with a primary focus on clients operating under Puerto Rico Act 60 tax incentive decrees. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of experience in public accounting or similar roleWorking knowledge of Puerto Rico Act 60 tax incentive programs — including Individual Investors Act (Chapter 2), Export Services (Chapter 3), and related decree compliance requirements — strongly preferredWorking knowledge of GAAPStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsStrong communication skills and client-facing confidenceHighly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learnExperience with job and project accounting, commission tracking, or property management systems is a plusFamiliarity with QuickBooks Online & required.
