Client Liaison

Some prior experience working directly with clients or stakeholders. You need to have been in rooms where things got uncomfortable. You should know how to push back politely. Clients will test boundaries, delay documents, expand scope mid-call and occasionally be unreasonable. And when it's clear a client doesn't respect the engagement, I need someone who can tell me point blank, "we should let this one go."
