Team members join a values-driven organization focused on providing new perspectives, direction, and hope to the communities it serves.Role Description The Clinical Supervisor-ABA Program is a full-time, hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA, with a combination of on-site and in the field work. This role oversees the clinical delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including monitoring treatment plans, reviewing data, and ensuring evidence-based interventions are implemented consistently. The Clinical Supervisor provides direct clinical supervision to ABA staff, offering coaching, feedback, and training to support professional growth and adherence to best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, participating in case conferences, collaborating with families, schools, and community partners, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. The supervisor also contributes to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and supports crisis intervention and consultation as needed.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Applied Behavior Analysis skills, including assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and use of evidence-based interventions.Candidates should possess Supervisory Skills and Clinical Supervision experience, with the ability to mentor staff, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to clinical and ethical standards.Candidates should possess Case Management skills, including coordination of services, documentation, and collaboration with families, schools, and community partners.Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Psychology and behavioral health principles, with experience working with children, youth, and families.Relevant qualifications such as BCBA or similar certification, a master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, social work, or related field, and experience in school or community-based settings are highly beneficial.Additional beneficial skills include strong communication, cultural humility, crisis management, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team within a hybrid work environment.
