Shefland Trucking Service is growing rapidly, and we are seeking safe, enthusiastic, friendly, and service-oriented professional drivers to join our team! We have current openings for Regional drivers pulling 53’ dry vans.

COMPANY DRIVERS

Shefland Trucking offers industry-leading HOURLY compensation and pays you for ALL On Duty, Yard Move and Driving hours. We also offer safety and referral bonuses. Depending on your experience, qualifications, and the work you are willing to put in, you can expect to earn anywhere from $85,000 to MORE THAN $100,000 per year! Our generous HOURLY compensation package means STS Company Drivers average more than $.70 CPM for ALL miles driven!!

OWNER-OPERATORS

Shefland also welcomes Owner-Operators to our team. If you have a truck that you want to put to work, we have LOTS of great customer freight to haul – gross earnings opportunities of $5,500 per week or MORE are available to YOU if you want to take on the work. Our owner-operator percentages are all-inclusive rates. We don’t nickel-and-dime you with endless deductions. Shefland’s long history of safe operations means lower insurance rates, and we pass that benefit on to YOU. Owner operators can also benefit from the “cost plus” pricing we have with our primary fuel vendor.
