Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and within budget. Assist in installing construction materials while maintaining quality standards. Maintain tools and machinery, reporting any malfunctions promptly. Participate in project meetings to stay updated on specifications and expectations. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years proven experience in construction roles. Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols. Effective team player with clear communication skills. Experience operating heavy machinery is a plus. Certifications in safety training or machinery operation preferred.
