Requirements

Clinical background (e.g., RN, PharmD, or equivalent)Experience in healthcare operations, care management, or clinical workflowsStrong understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement conceptsProven experience supporting complex SaaS or health-tech customersExcellent customer-facing communication and consulting skills

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, delivering clinical, billing, and product expertiseLead paid consulting, optimization projects, and advanced customer trainingSupport escalated customer issues, account reviews, and solution designCollaborate with Sales and Product teams on solution consulting and feature requestsAct as a liaison between Operations and Product teams, providing customer feedback and supporting product releasesServe as an internal subject matter expert and contribute to training and onboarding efforts
