This role is a key link between our customers and internal teams, supporting customer requirements, demand monitoring, project coordination, and shipment follow-up.
What will you do?Monitor customer demand, forecasts, and changes in requirements.Identify potential supply and capacity risks and communicate them internally.Coordinate customer requirements with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.Follow up on local project validation and new project introductions.Track customer requests, project status, milestones, and action items.Support shipment planning and local logistics execution.Prepare customer reports, demand updates, forecasts, and project status reports.Maintain effective communication with customers and provide timely updates.Escalate customer, supply, capacity, or project-related risks when necessary.
