Join Apollo Global Management's dynamic team in New York City as a Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist . In this key role, you will ensure exceptional customer experiences while managing critical data entry tasks that support our internal processes and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally. Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update customer information within our systems. Manage customer accounts ensuring data integrity and proper processing. Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance the customer experience. Prepare and process administrative forms as required. Monitor and respond to customer feedback across multiple platforms. Participate in team meetings to develop strategies for service and operational improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; higher education is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in customer service and data entry roles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
