We are looking for a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support to English-speaking customers.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide customer service and technical support primarily in Engish via phone, chat, or email✅ Handle inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues✅ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally✅ Accurately document all interactions in CRM and internal systems✅ Follow quality standards, security policies, and operational procedures✅ Meet or exceed KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, FCR, and Quality✅ Escalate complex or sensitive cases following established guidelines✅ Maintain a customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude
🎓 Main Job Requirements
Language Skills (Mandatory)• English: Advanced (B2) – REQUIRED
