Sky Wings Logistics And Shipping LLP is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Kalyān, Maharashtra, India . Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and timely resolutions. Handle customer complaints and conflicts with empathy and professionalism to ensure positive outcomes. Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively. Build and nurture strong customer relationships, understanding and addressing their needs. Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance customer service processes. Monitor customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and improvement areas. Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions, issues, and resolutions as required. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently handle customer inquiries. 1-3 years of experience in customer service preferred. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Empathy and adaptability to diverse customer needs and situations.
