That's where you make the difference.You'll work with patients, pharmacies, insurance providers, and internal teams to make sure every prescription moves through the process as smoothly as possible. Your day-to-day!Support patients through phone, email, and text communicationReview prescription orders and provide clear, accurate information on status, coverage, and next stepsProactively contact patients to resolve issues that may delay or prevent order fulfillmentPartner with pharmacies, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure prescriptions are processed successfullyGuide patients through the platform and help them get the most from available servicesTurn complex healthcare, insurance, and prescription processes into simple, easy-to-understand solutionsNavigate multiple systems and tools to research issues and identify solutionsHandle difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism, and confidenceContribute as a supportive teammate and help create a positive team environment
