Customer Service Representative at Labayk in San Bernardino, CA

Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Starting Pay: $18/hour with potential pay increase after 90-day probation based on performance and experience. Position Overview: Labayk is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our manufacturing operations and assist our new cosmetic R&D lab . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, some knowledge of beauty and personal care products, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product formulations and manufacturing processes. Process sales orders, purchase orders, and manage client accounts with accuracy and efficiency. Resolve client issues professionally, providing solutions to ensure complete satisfaction. Provide detailed information about services, product categories, price estimates, and compliance requirements. Assist customers with troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary for timely resolution. Coordinate with production, R&D, and shipping departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using spreadsheets and databases. Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and company procedures to provide expert-level support. Support the lab department with labeling R&D samples, organizing raw materials, and maintaining lab batch records as needed. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of beauty and personal care products preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
