Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a helpful attitude. Use internal systems to document and track customer interactions and feedback. Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions. Coordinate returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently. Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to improve customer service skills and product knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
