Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience strategies and improve service delivery. Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call quality. Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry standards and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent educational background. Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer-oriented approach. Proven problem-solving abilities and experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
