Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and friendly part-time Customer Support Representative / Salesforce Administrator / Data Entry professional to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida . In this dynamic role, you will enhance customer satisfaction while managing data effectively and utilizing Salesforce to support our operations. You will be a key player bridging the gap between our company and valued customers, ensuring a seamless experience that fosters loyalty and retention. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Utilize Salesforce CRM for data management, including updating customer records and tracking inquiries. Perform accurate data entry to maintain database integrity and support reporting needs. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and overall customer experience. Assist in developing and documenting FAQs and training materials to enhance team knowledge sharing. Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share insights from customer interactions. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM software. Experience in customer support or data entry preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Friendly, open attitude with a passion for helping others.
