We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly part-time Customer Support Representative who will also serve as a Salesforce Administrator and handle Data Entry tasks in our Jacksonville, Florida office. In this dynamic role, you will enhance customer satisfaction while managing data effectively and utilizing Salesforce to support our operations. Join our team and help bridge the gap between our company and our valued customers, ensuring a seamless experience that fosters loyalty and retention. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Utilize Salesforce for effective data management, including updating customer records and tracking inquiries. Perform accurate data entry to maintain database integrity and support team reporting needs. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience. Assist in the development and documentation of FAQs and training materials for better knowledge sharing within the team. Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share insights about customer interactions. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM software. Preferred: Experience in customer support or data entry is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Friendly, open attitude and a passion for helping others.
