Use navigation tools to optimize routes and reduce delivery times. Communicate effectively with customers about delivery schedules and any delays. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and comply with safety regulations. Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions. Report delivery issues or customer feedback promptly to management. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in delivery or driving roles preferred. Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent knowledge of Chennai and surrounding areas with strong navigation skills. Proficient with route management tools and technology. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
