About the role
As Director of First Impressions, you will be the welcoming face and behind-the-scenes force of the Market Center. Help create an environment where agents feel supported, guests feel welcome and growth happens on purpose.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and create an engaging, enthusiastic first impression of the office.
- Answer and route calls with confidence, care and professionalism.
- Support daily operations, meetings, special events and executive-team projects as needed.
- Design marketing materials and content for agents with Canva communications.
- Learn new platforms quickly and provide tech support, relationship support and adoption support.
- Spot details, anticipate needs and help create an office where agents thrive.

- Strong people skills and a polished professional presence.
- Proficiency with Canva and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organization, communication and attention to detail.
