Key Responsibilities Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with field service teams to schedule and dispatch services efficiently based on customer needs and team availability, optimizing resource allocation. Monitor service requests and deployments to streamline operational flow and improve service delivery metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service requests in the company database for reporting and quality assurance. Provide excellent customer service by professionally addressing questions, concerns, and feedback, contributing to positive customer relationships. Assist in developing and implementing improved dispatching processes to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction rates. Collaborate closely with team members, managing multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve service goals. Utilize Windows-based operating systems proficiently to support dispatch and customer service operations. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service focus. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
