About the role
Arrowhead Electric is a Southern California–based electrical contractor focused on commercial electrical construction and preconstruction services. The Electrical Superintendent oversees field operations on commercial electrical projects in San Juan, PR, coordinating electricians and forepersons to ensure work is safe, on schedule, and aligned with plans, codes, and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings and specifications and plan manpower and material needs.
- Direct the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Coordinate electricians and forepersons and collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.
- Provide progress updates and proactively resolve field challenges.
- Promote a safety-focused, team-oriented work environment and support quality control and productivity initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, crew coordination, and onsite performance management.
- Solid knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering principles relevant to commercial construction.
