Conduct thorough market research to uncover new sales prospects and stay updated on finance industry trends. Present tailored sales pitches that address individual client financial needs. Negotiate effectively and close deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly resolving client questions and concerns. Prioritize and manage time efficiently to maximize sales activities and follow-up efforts. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve sales strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma; further education in finance or business is advantageous. Strong verbal and presentation communication skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities. 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the finance sector. Skilled in time management and developing effective sales strategies. Experience with CRM software is a plus. Financial literacy to clearly communicate product benefits to clients.
