Key Responsibilities Actively pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize company profits. Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted sales campaigns. Monitor sales metrics and report progress and goals to management. As a Field Sales Executive, you will also contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at business growth. You will work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a comprehensive sales approach. Success will be measured by meeting sales targets, expanding market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business or related field. 3-5 years proven experience in sales or related roles. Excellent negotiation, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills. Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
