About the Company

The Director of Finance will lead the Company’s accounting, financial reporting, and cash management functions across the Company and its multiple operating subsidiaries. In addition to leading a team of accountants, this individual will partner closely with senior leadership and operational teams to support strategic decision-making and cross-functional initiatives as well as drive strong financial controls and compliance across Company subsidiaries. Successful candidate will come from an controller / accounting background and is looking to grow into a strategic leadership role.

About the Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Reporting Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes for Company and its operating subsidiariesAssist CFO in preparation of debt compliance calculations and certificatesEnsure timely and accurate preparation of financial statementsPresent financial results to Company senior leadershipStrategic and Cross-Functional Initiatives Drive financial integration of acquired companies and operating subsidiariesOnboard new Company subsidiaries to NetSuitePartner and work closely with operational leadership on integrating field service management software solution with Company’s ERP (NetSuite) across subsidiariesCash Management and Internal Controls & Compliance Work with CFO and Senior FP&A Analyst on cashflow and working capital managementDevelop and maintain effective internal controls and financial policiesEnsure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations (local, state, and federal)Coordinate and lead annual financial audit and tax reporting activitiesLeadership & Team Development Lead and mentor accounting team members, including at Company subsidiariesEstablish departmental goals and performance metricsPromote continuous improvement and process automationFoster collaboration between accounting / finance and operational departments

Qualifications

Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field requiredCPA strongly preferredExperience 7 plus years of progressive finance and accounting experience3 plus years of demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and working cross-functionallyExperience working in a high growth environment required. M&A experience strongly preferred.NetSuite experience requiredERP and operational software implementation experience strongly preferred
