Key Responsibilities Manage and support franchisees to ensure strict compliance with brand standards, policies, and operational procedures, maintaining consistency across all locations. Monitor franchise performance by analyzing sales data, financial reports, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Provide expert guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to franchise partners, enhancing their business performance and profitability. Coordinate franchise onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure franchisees are well-equipped for success. Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to uphold quality standards and operational consistency. Collaborate with marketing and internal departments to implement promotions, marketing initiatives, and expansion strategies effectively. Address operational challenges promptly and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth franchise operations. Assist in franchise expansion, contract renewals, and ensure compliance with franchise agreements. Maintain strong, professional relationships with franchise partners, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in franchise management, operations, or business development. Strong understanding of franchise operations, business processes, and compliance standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills. Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data to drive business decisions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Willingness to travel to franchise locations as required. Preferred: Experience with multi-unit franchise management and expansion strategies. Familiarity with marketing collaboration and promotional campaign management. Proficiency in data analytics tools and franchise management software.
