About the role
Mmtalentgroup is seeking a general laborer to perform construction-related tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving and organizing materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including outdoors or in hot environments as required.
Requirements
- Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred.
- Able to work Monday through Saturday and comfortable working in hot environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
