About the role
Greystar seeks a groundskeeper to help maintain the physical aspects of the community and its grounds, amenities, and curb appeal, while supporting the service team.
Responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings. Keep common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before the make-ready process. Transfer trash to the dumpster or storage area, as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by the Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
- Change locks in accordance with the property’s policy and ensure gates to all pool areas work according to codes and safety standards.
- Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary.
