In this full-time role, you will provide expert technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and enhance user productivity across the organization. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to help desk inquiries via phone, email, and chat with effective solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems to minimize downtime. Set up new user accounts and configure workstations following company standards. Document all support cases and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately. Train users on software applications and best practices to improve workflow efficiency. Maintain IT equipment and software license inventory. Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives to support organizational goals. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; IT certifications like CompTIA A+ or ITIL preferred. 1-2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles. Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and related technology. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user interaction. Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
