Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting process.
Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Coordinate screening/interview schedules.
Create and maintain recruiting metrics and reports.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Support onboarding and coordinate background checks.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
Support other recruiting tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in:
- Production
- Cold Storage Facilities
- Food Processing
- Manufacturing
- Warehouse Operations
- Production Environments

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to work 1-2 Saturdays per month
