Key Responsibilities Perform ignition repairs and replacements on a variety of vehicle makes and models. Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle locking systems to provide effective solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Maintain inventory of locksmith tools and supplies to support daily operations. Stay updated with the latest locksmith technology and industry standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in locksmithing, especially with vehicle ignition systems. Familiarity with locksmith tools and modern technologies. Industry certifications in locksmithing are advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license required. As part of our skilled locksmith team, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with customer service and support staff to provide top-tier locksmith solutions. This contract position is based in Sun City, Arizona, and is not eligible for remote work.
