Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute rental marketing strategies. Track key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports on rental property status. Maintain strong tenant relationships by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma with relevant experience in property or rental management. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills. Experience with financial analysis and budgeting. Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio. Minimum of 3 years in a similar rental management role preferred. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational success and client satisfaction. This position is not remote and requires presence in our Chicago office.
