About the role
Launch your services in Walmart stores as an independent optometrist leasing space inside a Walmart store. You will take a leading role in patient care related to eye and vision care, as well as general health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
- Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule.
- Keep 100% of exam and professional fees.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school and a valid state optometry license; or an ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school and a valid state ophthalmology license.
- General liability certificate and professional liability insurance certificate.
