Instructional Designer

Design and develop high-quality online courses
Collaborate with SMEs, curriculum teams, and stakeholders
Review course manuscripts and ensure quality standards
Build course playbooks and support course development workflows
Conduct quality assurance reviews and align learning resources with competencies
Requirements include Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, 3+ years of online university course design or curriculum development experience, strong understanding of instructional design principles and quality assurance, experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams is preferred. Candidates should be based in the U.S only.
