Capleo Global is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a contract position in Albuquerque, NM . Join our dedicated healthcare team and provide exceptional patient care in a supportive environment that values your expertise and commitment. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care techniques. Assist in clinical procedures as directed by registered nurses and physicians. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Required and Preferred Qualifications Active LPN license in New Mexico. Minimum 1 year nursing experience in clinical or healthcare settings preferred. Strong knowledge of patient care and clinical procedures. Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is advantageous. Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) highly preferred.
