Capleo Global is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in Santa Fe, New Mexico . Key Responsibilities Administer medications and provide direct patient care while monitoring patient conditions and promptly reporting changes to the healthcare team. Assist in developing and updating individualized patient care plans to ensure comprehensive health needs are met. Accurately document patient information in electronic health records (EHR) systems, maintaining strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering education on care procedures and health management strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and supportive patient care. Perform basic health assessments, including measuring vital signs and administering tests as directed by supervising RNs or physicians. Participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions aimed at improving patient care outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico. Strong clinical skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in patient care protocols and effective time management. Preferred: Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Compensation: $1,500 per contract period.
