Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Administer medications and monitor vital signs to ensure patient health and comfort. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement personalized care plans. Document patient care activities and promptly report changes in patient status to registered nurses. Perform clinical tasks including wound care, catheter insertion, and basic diagnostic tests. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Required and Preferred Qualifications Active LPN License in New Mexico. Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide effective nursing care. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety protocols. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred. 1-3 years of experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting.
