About the role

F.R.E.S.H Export Solutions, LLC is a Puerto Rico-based logistics and export company specializing in helping local food manufacturers expand into the U.S. market. Through refrigerated and frozen cargo consolidation, supply chain coordination, and customized logistics solutions, the company helps Puerto Rican brands reach new customers while maintaining quality and efficiency.

As a Logistics & Export Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting export operations for Puerto Rican manufacturers. This is an unpaid internship. Academic internship credit may be available through the student's university, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipment coordination and export documentation.
• Support carrier communication, cold chain logistics, customer service, and supply chain activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree program in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, carriers, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support logistics operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.
