Role Description As a Logistics & Export Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting real export operations for Puerto Rican manufacturers. You will assist with shipment coordination, export documentation, carrier communication, cold chain logistics, customer service, and supply chain activities while working alongside experienced logistics professionals.

QualificationsCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, carriers, suppliers, and internal team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support logistics operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.Basic knowledge of supply chain management, export operations, or international trade is preferred.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail when handling shipping documentation and operational follow-up.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new business and logistics software.Ability to work on-site in Caguas, Puerto Rico, collaborate effectively within a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
