Manager, Project Management

About the role

Bray International, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Project Management to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Industrial, Data Center (DPC), and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) projects. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this role leads a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators to support consistent execution, disciplined governance, and customer satisfaction across complex, technically demanding, high-value projects.

The Manager builds relationships with industrial customers and senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point for technical, commercial, or delivery challenges. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and sales teams. It also drives continuous improvement in project management processes, cross-functional collaboration, and team capability.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for on-time delivery of all projects while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators, supporting performance, accountability, and professional growth.
• Establish expectations, performance goals, and development plans for direct reports.
• Coach and support the team on complex project issues, customer communications, schedule recovery, and risk management.
• Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational discipline across project management.
• Oversee projects with significant financial magnitude, strategic importance, and operational impact.
