About the role
Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to support manufacturing and quality systems with minimal supervision. The role applies process, operational, and scientific expertise, basic compliance knowledge, and analytical and troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
The specialist may serve as primary production process owner for process support systems and assist with process ownership responsibilities on more complex process systems.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, revise, and approve manufacturing procedures; ensure they reflect current operations and serve as a document owner.
- Assess process performance through floor observations and performance data review. Evaluate, plan, and implement process improvement solutions.
- Provide troubleshooting support and help generate training materials; may assist with training on scientific or technical process aspects.
- Support establishment of process monitoring parameters and control limits, collect monitoring data, and support deviation assessments and timely quarterly reports.
- Ensure non-conformances are triaged within established goals, author investigation reports, execute corrective actions, and manage NC/CAPA closure within established goals.
- Monitor and communicate incident trends; review equipment and system root cause analysis investigations and support trend evaluations.
- Assist with process validation protocols, reports, execution, and collection and analysis of validation data.
- May participate in regulatory inspections, new product introductions, and process or equipment activities.
