📍 Location: Bogotá, Colombia💼 Employment Type: Full-time | On-siteHours: Eight-hour shifts scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Our client is a global market research and data-solutions company that helps organizations make informed decisions through reliable data collection and actionable insights.
Key responsibilities:Conduct telephone interviews and market research surveysRecruit and schedule participants for research studiesCollect, validate, and maintain accurate research dataEngage professionally with global industry experts and stakeholdersTrack daily calls, completed surveys, and project progressCollaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on timeRequirements:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and SpanishConfident and professional telephone etiquetteGood research, data-management, and organizational skillsAbility to work with international participants across different time zonesPrevious experience in market research, customer service, recruitment, or telephone interviewing is preferredMust be a GraduateFreshers and less than 3 years of experience as this is an Entry level role
