Marketing Operations Analyst

Job Summary
The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for managing marketing operations, CRM data, campaign audiences, inquiry routing, and funnel reporting. The role ensures accurate account and contact data, supports campaign execution, manages Marketing-to-Sales handoffs, and provides reliable reporting and insights to improve marketing performance and revenue opportunities.
Job Description
• Build and maintain a current target-account universe, including account classification, revenue estimates, research information, and review schedules.• Research, validate, enrich, and maintain buying contacts across target accounts.• Prepare account and customer briefs to support Sales with verified information, relevant insights, and research findings.• Use Apollo and other approved research tools to enrich and validate company and contact records.• Build and segment campaign audiences based on market, account tier, customer status, buying role, demand state, and product interest.• Build, schedule, quality-check, and monitor approved marketing campaigns and coordinate related agency activities.• Maintain accurate, complete, non-duplicated, and consistently classified records in Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns.• Maintain the marketing data dictionary, field definitions, permitted values, ownership information, and recurring operating procedures.• Enrich, classify, and route Marketing inquiries and MQLs to the appropriate Sales owner.• Track inquiry response and disposition and return non-ready contacts to appropriate nurture programs.• Monitor and report funnel movement from target account through opportunity, sample, quote, and order.• Identify data gaps, process bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve marketing operations and reporting.• Coordinate marketing activities, assets, deadlines, and deliverables with external agencies and contractors.• Maintain accurate documentation and repeatable processes to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer.• Follow approved systems, data security requirements, and confidentiality standards.• Perform other marketing operations responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• Experience maintaining and administering CRM or marketing automation data and workflows.• Experience building segmented campaign audiences and performing campaign quality checks.• Demonstrates strong CRM, spreadsheet, and structured data management skills.• Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.• Proven ability to interpret campaign, funnel, source, and attribution data and communicate practical recommendations.• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and recurring operational activities independently.• Proven ability to document repeatable processes and maintain operating procedures.• Proven ability to work independently with a U.S. based team during assigned U.S. Central Time business hours.• Proven ability to handle confidential business information professionally and follow data and security requirements.• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Screening Criteria
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in B2B research, marketing operations, revenue operations, CRM data management, campaign operations, or commercial analysis.• Experience researching companies, products, decision-makers, and business contacts.• Experience working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and structured data.• Experience administering CRM or marketing automation data and workflows.• Must have stable employment history.
