Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support data-driven initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of data systems and solutions. Strong experience with Databricks and solid coding skills in SQL and Python are essential.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and supporting data-driven decision making.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for efficient data collection, transformation, and delivery according to business requirements.
- Implement systems and processes to monitor and ensure data quality and integrity across production data sources.
- Design data integrations and data quality frameworks while applying data governance principles.
- Partner with business units and engineering teams to define long-term data platform architecture strategies.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices to support team knowledge sharing and system maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Databricks and solid coding skills in SQL and Python.
- Two or more years of experience in data.
