Schedule delivery service calls
Maintain and update Calendar and company scheduling systems
Communicate appointment details to customers and employees
Enter customer and job information accurately
Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
Follow up with customers as needed
Assist with general office duties
Based on experience
Previous office, scheduling and customer service experience is a plus. Quickbooks Experience a plus.
