Personal Lines Account Executive

About the role

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to handle A-to-Z servicing of a middle-market book of business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full servicing lifecycle of a middle-market book of business.
• Handle all aspects of E&S lines, including completing specific forms and applications and tracking renewals.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in AMS360 and other relevant systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless client service and satisfaction.
• Monitor deadlines to ensure timely renewals and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Experience managing middle-market accounts, with a strong focus on E&S lines.
• Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
