Key Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures. Execute geyser installations compliant with safety regulations and standards. Conduct leak detection services and promptly resolve plumbing issues. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and meeting their plumbing needs. Collaborate with team members to schedule maintenance and emergency repairs efficiently. Accurately document all service calls and repairs for record-keeping and quality assurance. Stay updated on the latest plumbing technologies and techniques to optimize service delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship. Proficiency in plumbing systems, geyser installation, and leak detection. Relevant plumbing certifications are preferred. Experience with plumbing tools and equipment. Valid driver’s license is advantageous. Minimum of 2 years of plumbing services experience preferred. As part of our skilled trades team, you will report to the Plumbing Services Manager and work closely with other technicians and customer service representatives to deliver outstanding results.
