Principal Product Manager – AI-Driven Network Troubleshooting Platform

Work Model: Hybrid – approximately 2 days per week onsiteRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly technical Principal Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of a next-generation AI-driven network troubleshooting platform.The platform will connect across networking, security, WAN, campus, and data center environments to provide end-to-end visibility and intelligent troubleshooting capabilities.The ideal candidate combines deep networking expertise, strong product management experience, technical credibility, and the ability to influence and drive initiatives across multiple engineering and business organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-assisted network troubleshooting solutions.Partner closely with engineering teams to drive product development and execution.Collaborate across networking, security, cloud, WAN, campus, and data center organizations.Translate complex networking and technical requirements into scalable product capabilities.Drive product prioritization, requirements definition, and delivery.Influence technical and business stakeholders across organizations without direct authority.Leverage AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation to enhance troubleshooting capabilities and operational workflows.Identify opportunities to improve network visibility, diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.Experience building or managing highly technical software or infrastructure products.Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams on complex technical initiatives.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling value propositions.Required QualificationsDeep networking expertise, with technical knowledge comparable to CCIE and/or JNCIE level.Strong understanding of routing, switching, WAN, campus networking, security, and data center environments.Strong technical product management and product strategy capabilities.Experience defining requirements and roadmaps for complex technology products.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple technical organizations.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, AIOps, or intelligent automation technologies.Experience building network observability, operations, diagnostics, or troubleshooting platforms.Familiarity with enterprise networking ecosystems and SaaS platforms.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloud-hosted applications.Advanced networking certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent.
