About the role
BMA Group Global is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to own strategic technology domains, drive roadmap and lifecycle decisions, and establish governance and investment discipline across AI-related and emerging technology initiatives. The role helps define enterprise technology strategy, align investments with business priorities, and drive cross-functional execution across AI, networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap alignment, and lifecycle management for strategic technology initiatives, including AI, Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), network operating system/platform evolution, networking, and security innovations.
- Drive enterprise-wide AI strategy and governance, establishing portfolio visibility, investment prioritization, performance metrics, ROI frameworks, and executive-level reporting across AI initiatives and customer-facing AI offerings.
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution across Product Management, Engineering, Security, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Develop business cases, product requirements, market positioning, and lifecycle strategies for new and existing capabilities.
- Drive successful product introduction, adoption, monetization, evolution, and retirement.
- Identify technology gaps, dependencies, risks, and strategic opportunities across networking, security, AI, and cloud initiatives.
- Develop recommendations supporting long-term technology and portfolio evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, Product Strategy, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing networking, security, infrastructure software, cloud platforms, AI, or adjacent technology portfolios.
- Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and commercial delivery.
