Quality Analyst - Inbound Patient Services in Cebu City, Philippines

Sales Rain Health Care BPO (Eclat Health Solutions) is looking for a dedicated Quality Analyst to join our Inbound Patient Services team based in Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines. This role is crucial in maintaining and elevating the quality of patient interactions, ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough audits of inbound patient service interactions to evaluate adherence to quality standards and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation reflecting service quality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Work closely with the patient services team to design and implement corrective action plans based on audit insights. Lead training sessions to enhance team members’ communication, problem-solving, and patient care skills. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, recommending strategies to exceed targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and embed best practices within the team. Support the development and refinement of quality standards and policies aligned with industry regulations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field. Strong skills in documentation, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience in quality analysis or healthcare-related roles is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications in quality assurance or healthcare quality management are an advantage. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, offering a competitive annual salary of 400000 PHP .
